This Preliminary Information Form is presented to the Buyer prior to the conclusion of the Distance Sales Agreement, as required under the Distance Sales Regulation and consumer protection legislation.

By confirming this form electronically, the Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed of all mandatory matters before completing the purchase.

1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Details regarding the product(s) — including type, category, quantity, model, color, unit price, total price, taxes, and shipping costs — are displayed on the order summary and payment page prior to purchase.

2. PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers.

  • The Seller does not see or store the Buyer’s credit card or banking information.

  • Invoices may be issued electronically or included within the shipment.

3. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

  • Products are shipped within 1–3 business days following payment approval.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the Buyer’s country, shipping address, and the courier company.

  • Shipping fees are displayed during the checkout process.

Damage at Delivery:

If the package or product is visibly damaged upon delivery:

  1. The Buyer must request a Damage Report from the courier,

  2. The Buyer should not accept the package before documentation is completed,

  3. The documented package must be sent back to the Seller.

Packages accepted without a damage report may not be eligible for free replacement under courier procedures.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without incurring penalties.

To exercise the withdrawal right, the Buyer must send written notice or an electronic request to the Seller.

Exceptions — Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized products,
    including products made to the Buyer’s preferences (special size, engraving, logo, carving, color, etc.)

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once used

  • Products that have been used or damaged in a way that prevents resale

  • Wood products showing natural characteristics, including:

    • Grain variations

    • Color differences

    • Texture changes

    • Natural pattern transitions

    • Minor hairline cracks

These are natural features of wood and are not considered defects.

Only manufacturing defects are eligible for return or replacement.

5. RETURN CONDITIONS & REFUNDS

  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale.

  • Inspection of the returned product takes 1–3 business days after the Seller receives it.

  • If no issue arising from Buyer misuse is detected, the refund is approved.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 days.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used by the Buyer.

  • Depending on the bank, the refund may take 3–7 business days to appear in the Buyer’s account.

6. WARRANTY & MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

Only manufacturing defects are covered under warranty.
Natural characteristics of wood — such as grain, color variations, pattern transitions, or minor texture differences — are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.

7. COMPLAINTS & CONTACT INFORMATION

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes, the Buyer may apply to:

  • Consumer Arbitration Committees

  • Consumer Courts

as provided under the applicable consumer protection laws of the Republic of Turkey.
