This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the Seller and the Buyer under the applicable distance sales legislation.
By placing an order on the Website, the Buyer agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

2. BUYER INFORMATION

Buyer information consists of the details (name, address, email, etc.) provided during the order process on the Website.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement covers the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through www.dafway.com.

4. PRODUCTS COVERED

The type, quantity, model, color, unit price, total amount, and delivery details of the products are shown in the order confirmation and the Preliminary Information Form approved by the Buyer prior to purchase.

5. PAYMENT & INVOICING

  • Payments are made securely through third-party payment service providers.

  • The Seller does not store or process credit card information.

  • Invoices may be sent electronically or included in the shipment.

6. DELIVERY TERMS

  • Products are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment approval.

  • Delivery times depend on the courier company and the Buyer’s location.

  • The Buyer is responsible for checking the package at delivery.

Damage During Delivery:

If the package or product is damaged:

  • The Buyer must request a Damage Report from the courier.

  • The Buyer should not accept the package before documentation is completed.

  • Damage reports must be sent to the Seller.

Packages without a damage report may result in longer processing times.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement without justification within 14 days from the delivery date.

Exceptions — Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized / custom-made products,
    including special size, logo, engraving, color, carving, or custom production.

  • Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons once used.

  • Products with food-contact surfaces that have been damaged or used.

  • Natural characteristics of wood such as:

    • Grain variations

    • Color differences

    • Texture changes

    • Natural pattern transitions

    • Minor hairline cracks

These are not defects but natural features of the material.

Only manufacturing defects are eligible for return or replacement.

8. RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • Suitable for resale

  • Returned with original packaging

The return inspection period is 1–3 business days.
If Buyer misuse is detected, the return request may be rejected.

9. REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item is received by the Seller.

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Buyer.

  • Bank processing times may require 3–7 business days for funds to appear.

  • Exchange requests may be honored depending on stock availability.

10. WARRANTY

Only manufacturing defects are covered under warranty.
Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, moisture exposure, or external impact is not covered.

11. NATURAL WOOD CHARACTERISTICS

All wood products sold under the DAFWAY brand may include natural variations which are not considered defects, such as:

  • Wood grain differences

  • Color shifts

  • Natural pattern transitions

  • Texture variations

  • Minor surface cracks

These cannot be used as grounds for withdrawal or complaint.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Seller is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs delays (for international shipments)

  • Natural differences in handmade or wood products

  • Technical issues related to third-party systems

  • Interruptions or errors on the Website

The Buyer’s sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cease using the Website.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website (text, images, graphics, designs, product photos, logos, etc.) belongs to:

and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written consent.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Konya Courts and Enforcement Offices.

15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing the order process, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to this Distance Sales Agreement.
