1. Right of Withdrawal

   To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must submit a written notice or send the request to us electronically.

   • Products customized according to the consumer’s specifications (special measurements, colors, engraving, carving, logo, printing, etc.)

   • Products that lose their resale suitability once used due to hygiene reasons

   • Products whose surface intended for food contact has been damaged or used

   For these products, returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases arising from manufacturing defects.

   
   

3. Characteristics Arising from Natural Wood Structure

   Wood is a natural material. Therefore, the following features:

   • Grain patterns

   • Color variations

   • Natural texture transitions

   • Hairline cracks, joints, or structural differences

   are inherent and natural characteristics of the product and cannot be considered defects or faults.

   Requests based on these natural characteristics are evaluated as “non-justified returns” under the right of withdrawal.

   
   

4. Damage at Delivery

   If there is visible damage to the package or the product at the time of delivery:

   • The consumer must request a damage report from the courier officer,

   • The issue must be documented before accepting the product,

   • The product with the official damage report must be sent to us.

   Notifications made within this scope will be evaluated for free replacement.

   
   

5. Product Inspection

   Once the returned product reaches us, it is inspected to determine whether it is unused, undamaged, and suitable for resale. The inspection period is 1–3 business days.

   If the issue is found to be caused by consumer misuse or error, the return request will be rejected, and the product may be sent back to the consumer with shipping fees payable by the receiver.

   
   

6. Refund Process

   For approved returns, the product price will be refunded within no later than 14 days after the product is received by us, using the same payment method originally used by the consumer.

   Due to bank processing times, it may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in the consumer’s account.

   Upon the consumer’s request, an exchange may be made instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

After preparation, orders are handed over to our contracted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic deliveries (Turkey): 1–5 business days

• International deliveries: 5–12 business days depending on the destination country

Delivery times may vary based on the courier company’s operational processes and local conditions.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout.

• Free shipping campaigns may be offered during certain periods.

• For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees—unless otherwise specified—are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Packaging Standards

All products are packaged with high-protection materials to prevent damage during transit:

For wooden products, special surface protection is applied to prevent scratches.

5. Damage at Delivery / Missing Items

If visible damage is detected on the package or the product at the time of delivery, the customer must:

2. Document the condition before accepting the package,

3. Send the product along with the official report to us.

Notifications submitted in this manner will be processed as free replacements.

Without a damage report, the evaluation may take longer due to the risk of customer-caused damage.

6. Undeliverable Shipments

If the recipient cannot be reached at the delivery address:

• The courier may attempt a second delivery,

• The package may be held at a nearby branch for a limited time,

• If unclaimed, the shipment may be returned to the warehouse.

Reshipping costs for returned packages may be charged to the customer.

7. International Shipping & Customs Procedures

For international orders:

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Customs processing may extend the delivery time.

• If the customer fails to complete necessary customs procedures and the shipment is returned, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Micro-export documents can be arranged upon request.
